GENERAL

1. Will you be restocking [insert item here]?
If enough people are interested, yes! Stickers are restocked pretty often but expensive items like dolls are usually made in a single batch/only available until they sell out.

*Items in the "clearance/last chance" category are being discontinued & will NOT be restocked in the future!
(Note: If you wish to express your interest in a sold out item, feel free to fill out a contact form!)

2. What is my order number and where can I find it?

Order numbers look like #ABCD-123456 and are in the order confirmation email from bigcartel. 
 
3. What if I have a problem with my order/want to cancel?
Please email me at [email protected] with your order number.
 
4. Why did my order get cancelled/refunded?
You should receive an email with the reason for refunding your order. If you preordered, it is likely the item production was completely cancelled due to low sales.

5. What does B-Grade/C-Grade mean?
A/B/C are used to indicate physical quality of an item. A grade means "perfect" or otherwise what you would consider normal. B and C grade items have imperfections and are discounted accordingly (with C being more flawed than B).

6. Can you exclude my name/change the name on my order?
Yes! I no longer use names on any thank you notes. If you'd like to have a certain name (i.e. legal name) on your package for safety reasons, just leave me a note at checkout or email me with your order #!
*I always respond to notes with certain requests to acknowledge I have seen them ^^


SHIPPING
------------
1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship almost anywhere! (Note: Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs/VAT fees upon receiving their package.)


2. What shipping service do you use? Can I have my package shipped with _____ instead?
USPS "Ground Advantage": for most US orders under 1 lb
UPS "Standard/Worldwide": for most INTL orders or US orders over 1 lb

(If you'd like your order shipped with a different service, please email me before placing an order!)

3. I got an email that my order shipped but there is no tracking number. Why?
Sticker/art print/photocard only orders are shipped in a stamped envelope for affordability. It may take up to a 5 weeks for it to reach you if you live outside the USA.

4. Can I combine two separate orders?
Yes, if both orders have the same shipping address. Just email me both order numbers. I will put in a note to ship them together and partially refund you for the extra shipping cost.

*If you only ordered once but want to add more items for no additional shipping cost, use the code at the bottom of this page!

5. My order arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?
Yes, please email me your name or order # along with picture/video proof. ([email protected])
*Shipping refunds do not apply to orders that been sent out.

6. My order got returned to you. What can I do?
I can re-send the returned package to you once more for an additional shipping fee. Please double check your address before ordering to avoid it being returned.

7. Do you include receipts (for gifts)? Can you send the order to another address?
No receipts unless requested. Yes, just make sure to input the desired address at checkout.


PREORDERS
--------------
1. What are preorders?
Preorder items are not immediately available/are funded before they go into production. They usually take 1-2 months to be manufactured and ship out so please only preorder if you can wait!
 
2. What are the benefits to pre-ordering?
Preorders will get the best quality out of the whole batch, often get exclusive discounts, or come with freebies like stickers! Most of my items are only possible because of preorders. 
 
(*Note: If you want to purchase both pre-order and in-stock items, but want to receive the in-stock items sooner, just place two separate orders instead!)
